1.  cre ar+ ships via FEDEX Ground, unless otherwise specified, and do not require signature for delivery.  thus using a secure delivery address is highly recommended. a tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order to track the progress of your shipment. saturday delivery is not available for residential addresses.

1.  cre ar+ cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

1.  cre ar+ is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

1.  cre ar+ ships all international packages are shipped via DHL Worldwide. delivery date for international shipments may depend on the pace with which they are processed through customs.

1. cre ar+ calculate duties and taxes at checkout. the cost is provided to by the customs agency within the destination country. although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. this calculated amount can be paid at checkout or upon receipt. tariffs will vary depending on country.
