to facilitate taking measurements at home so you can find your optimal size, you can print a paper measuring tape here

• Bust: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust.

• Waist: wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist above the navel.

• Hip: wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips - approximately 9 inches below the navel
